The Green Snake

Last night I dreamed I was at the house I grew up in... and was walking home from somewhere (i don't remember where). As I approached the back yard, a bright neon green snake raised it's head out of the grass and looked at me. Of course, I gave the snake a wide berth, and continued on my way. Well, he came after me so I ran. I made it all the way to the front side yard before the snake caught up to me and bit my hand, right below the thumb. I started screaming for help and the person at the house behind my Mom's heard and came running. By the time he got to me, all this white thick pussy goo was just bubbling up out of where the snake bit me. As this person started to work on my hand... everything started to flash red and black.   (this is where I woke up). 

I usually don't remember dreams at all, but this one not only woke me up but stayed with me.

Heaven lit up with a mighty presence,
as the Angels all looked down.
Today the Lord was placing the jewels
Into my mother’s crown.

He held up a golden crown,
as my darling mother looked on.
He said in His gentle voice,
‘I will now explain each one.’

‘The first gem,’ He said, ‘is a Ruby,
and it’s for endurance alone,
for all the nights you waited up
for your children to come home.’

‘For all the nights by their bedside,
you stayed till the fever went down.
For nursing every little wound,
I add this ruby to your crown.’

‘An emerald, I’ll place by the ruby,
for leading your child in the right way.
For teaching them the lessons,
That made them who they are today.’

‘For always being right there,
through all life’s important events.
I give you a sapphire stone,
for the time and love you spent.’

‘For untying the strings that held them,
when they grew up and left home.
I give you this one for courage.’
Then the Lord added a garnet stone.

‘I’ll place a stone of amethyst,’ He said.
‘For all the times you spent on your knees,
when you asked if I’d take care of your children,
and then for having faith in Me.’

‘I have a pearl for every little sacrifice
that you made without them knowing.
For all the times you went without,
to keep them happy, healthy and growing.’

‘And last of all I have a diamond,
the greatest one of all,
for sharing unconditional love
whether they were big or small.’

‘It was your love that helped them grow
Feeling safe and happy and proud
A love so strong and pure
It could shift the darkest cloud.’

After the Lord placed the last jewel in,
He said, ‘Your crown is now complete,
You’ve earned your place in Heaven
With your children at your feet.’

New Furry Babies

My brothers surprised me for my birthday with an adorable Chihuahua. Hika says that I remind him of a chihuahua.. so when he saw this one, they had to get it for me.  Thank you soo much, Marcus and Hika  <3

My friend Max, surprised me with this little beauty, saying my new "Chi thingy" needed a playmate. Aren't they cute together? 

I guess my love for animals is no secret.. because another friend, Moon.. surprised me with a Momma Hen and baby chick.. saying the Momma Hen reminded her of how I am with my daughter!

Easter / April Surprise from KittyCats!

I had received a notice that my babies had left a new surprise for me.. and thought something was wrong when i saw this image on the box..  So I asked in the KittyCats Forum.. and learned it is a special surprise kitty!  So Venom and I decided to let her be born.. 

 So here is our adorable new little Kimi!

Becoming Unplugged

On Wednesday, Venom and I were assisting Marcus with feedbacks for the Miss SL 2018 Pageant. We had just finished for the day (around 2pm SLT) and I was just about to teleport home to work on a blog post.  Our Internet connection died, with no warning at all. We waited about 10 minutes before calling the Internet Provider to report the outage. After being informed it was part of a known outage, and should be restored by 9 pm our time, I decided I would go for a nap, and finish the post later.  When I woke, still no internet... Venom had called again already and we were told this time that the "known outage" had been repaired and the 'all clear' was sent.  Only for us. this was not the case! The earliest they could come inspect would be Friday morning. 

Some of the time we were "unplugged" Venom and I revisited Sims 4... I made a brand new little character.. Here are some of her adventures!

Friday comes, and the technician does whatever it is they do, and calls in a "Hot Ticket" and tells us they are sending someone else in the next few hours. So we wait more.. The next tech comes, and checks everything again - tells us the problem definitely is not on our property and (they are in these HUGE trucks that you only see when its something really major) they start checking the line, going down the bayou starting at the back of our property. Knowing this could take a while, I decide to try for a nap. A little while later, V is shrieking at me.. "we have internet!! we have internet!!"  The Cable Tech comes back by and shows us the cause of our problem/ outage -  the line had been completely severed in half!  So thats our exciting  'becoming unplugged' couple of days!!

The spirited independent irresponsible brat transformed when she found the strong man, who often ended up spanking her before the film was done. She never became less than what she was as a result & found her place at her man’s side and at his feet while he sat a read the paper. She found happiness and contentment and the security she hadn’t known since she was a little girl. She might have been an actress, an officer, a land owner or even the owner of a newspaper. Nothing about domestic discipline takes anything away from what she can do. But her central romantic relationship is the strong man who she looks up to, who sets her boundaries and treats her at times as his little girl. Perhaps this was rare. But many still wish for a man who means what he says, who lays down the law and loves his  little girl.
